Parking in a covered spot
Great spot for covered parking, friendly drivers!
Our van arrived as we were removing bags from the car. Same as our last trip. Arrived to our gate quickly and had a very short wait upon our return.
Usually, the quick and timely pick ups. This last time, the trip from the lot to airport took longer for driver to pick us up from our row. There were many travelers going and it almost seemed as though someone called in sick.
Your prices are fair to your loyal members. We can only come in 2 to 3 times a year but with the help of AAA we can afford it. I do like the app and the reservation going into my wallet. Shuttles are prompt both coming and going! Drivers are friendly and accomodating1

everything exellent
Drivers were quick on the pick up and assisting in luggage on and off. At the airport, I walked out and found the shuttle waiting. The car was safe.
I live in Illinois so this location works great for easy access on and off the interstates. I find the rates are more reasonable and I feel safe in the covered parking lot
It is convenient. Transportation to and from airport is quick.
Fast and professional. The app is easy to use to prepay and it is convenient to scan in and out with the QR code.
I've only had to wait more than ten minutes one time, and it was in the middle of the night.
Great staff, drivers. We left an item and it was at lost and found. Caring employees. Have been using this location for years. We dont fly very often but love this location.

We had Little wait time when we arrived at the airport to pick up our car. I thought the price was good
We haven’t had any issues parking in the lot. It is easy to access the only thing is that sometimes you have to wait a while at the airport before a bus arrives.

I like the fact that the Shuttle comes to my car. Shuttle drivers are always very friendly.
