Guest Testimonials

Great facility, lots of buses, friendly drivers.

The process was very smooth and driver was very attentive and helped other customers with their luggage’s. This was my first time using the parking spot and I will continue to it on all my travel plans!! Coming back was the same experience it makes travel a little less stressful knowing you don’t have to wait on someone picking you up, the bus picks you up and takes you in front of your car!! I absolutely love my experience

Your service is very dependable. I rarely wait more than a few minutes for a pick up.

The drivers are amazing and the booth attendants always helpful

Quick shuttle service, reasonable prices and clean.

Very convenient locations.
I never wait very long for a shuttle and they pick you up and drop you off at your car.

Your technology makes it easy

I had very little wait time on both ends of my flight. I will continue to use your services in the future.

Relatively quick pick up and delivery to my car.

Easy process

I like parking here for the rates offered. I wish the other lots would offer the same rates but i understand why they are higher at the other lots.

Prompt, courteous service!

Drivers are generally very pleasant and helpful.
The wait for shuttle pick up upon return is usually an acceptable period of time.

I love the service and convient and I will continue to use this service every time I need to catch a flight out.

The covered parking

Covered parking, timely bus service

The drivers are always pleasant and always get you where you need to be in a timely manner.
This last trip I made, my battery on my car was DEAD. The driver radioed to the office and in seconds there was a guy there with a charger that would crank my car. He new just what to do to get into my car and open my hood. He showed that he was concerned for my well being. I will continue to park at this location when I fly out of Atlanta. I would highly recommend this location for anyone traveling out of the Atlanta area.

Your staff was super great!

When we arrived and parked , the driver was right there to assist us with our bags. When he dropped us off at the airport, he helped us again.

When we returned from our trip, we didn’t have to wait for the bus, and we received the same wonderful treatment. Everyone was so helpful and friendly!

There was also a mom traveling with two small children whose card was in her bag. The driver simply asked where she was parked, and when she told him, he filled out another card for her without any attitude or hesitation. He was so kind and understanding.

Your staff provided excellent customer service from start to finish, and we truly appreciated all of their help. Please let them know how much we appreciated their kindness and assistance!

Thank you for having such a wonderful team!
God Bless
