All Staff were professional, polite and helpful.

The one-on-one attention and service that is provided by the drivers puts this service above the rest! I am usually traveling with my 1 year old which comes with a stroller, car seat and suitcase that I have to transport, each driver goes above and beyond with assisting me on and off the vehicle.

Additionally living in the City of Pittsburgh, you never know what the weather is going to be like, so having a covered place to park where I don't have to dig my car out from snow is also a top notch service!

Pricing was reasonable and not a long wait time for the shuttle.

Attendant was very friendly and helpful when I arrived. Bus helped me with my luggage which I greatly appreciated.

It was my first time using your services and I loved it! It was easy to find parking and shuttle to airport there and back.

Quick, prompt friendly service. Plus, when I landed I had a flat tire waiting for me......your staff was wonderful. It was pretty hot outside and she asked if my family wanted to come with her to sit in a cool area and asked if we wanted water........ I really appreciated that.......unfortunately I did not get her name. I will always use The Parking Spot when I fly!!

Maybe a good idea to remind people once they purchase a spot, to hold onto their receipt. They will need to scan it when they leave their parking spot.

Very convenient location to LAX. Valet parking doesn't cost much more than regular self-parking, plus there are always deals to be had. Wait for pickup at airport is minimal. All the staff are very helpful and friendly.

In and out process is easy and fast. Drivers are courteous and friendly. Drivers offer assistace with luggage. Wait times are quite reasonable, and typically my wait time is less than 7 minutes, many times just 4 - 5 minutes for a pickup.
