Live the tracking and convenience of the app
It was truly amazing. We pulled into a spot and was picked up immediately and take it into the airport. On our return home trip , we met the bus which was waiting outside the terminal and take it back to our car
The shuttle picked us up from our car, took 5 minutes to get to the airport, shuttle drivers helped load and unload luggage, gave us a card with our parking spot number, when we returned there was 3 shuttles loading people and we had no wait time at all to get right on the shuttle and return to our vehicle within 7-8 minutes of exiting the airport. Overall amazing job in every aspect.

It's not so much about the personality of the people, but more about my satisfaction with the process. The parking spot makes it easy for me to drive my car into my covered spot by scanning my app's reservation QR code. I get out of my car with my suitcase. The shuttle comes within 5ish minutes and the driver takes my suitcase to secure it. He gives me a claim ticket with my parking spot info on it. When I return back, I had the claim ticket to the new driver and they take me to my spot and unload my bags. I always tip them, and I tip them more if they are personable or memorable. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up from the airport.
The reason I spend the extra money with this company is because it's reliable and they never have me waiting when I need to get to the airport quickly.
