It was convenient, affordable when you book ahead of time and the parking spot 2 is a little cheaper so if you don’t mind a longer ride, it’s the same great service!!!

Easy to reserve. Plenty of spots to park. We like to overhead protection, although sometimes we are forced to park in areas where the protection does not work very well. Easy to use Application. Easy ingress and egress using the QR codes.

The transport it always reliable and on time. There has been a friendly and helpful driver on all our trips which we appreciate.

So easy to book, easy to use the app, the shuttle was at the airport without a wait, just for two of us. Better prices than other lots too.

The shuttle was picking me up as soon as I parked. When dropping me off, Ben drove me around until we found my car. The drivers give you a card with the area your car is parked in. Mine had the incorrect information. Ben was patient and kind as we circled the lot in the dark to find my car.

Friendly employees, greet us when we arrive at the site and little waiting for shuttles to and from the airport.

The one thing we do not like is having to pay a reservation/service fee.

Ease in scheduling a reservation. Very little to no wait time for the bus to pick you up at the parking lot. Covered area available. Drivers are always friendly.

We were totally impressed by the night shift that dug out our car from the ice/snow storm. They went way beyond their job title to help break up ice and shovel so our car could move. The main gate attendant carefully removed a huge sheet of ice/snow from our windshield and stayed with us until our car was able to back out. Please give these guys a bonus.
The app works beautifully and we were able to track the vehicle and we were picked up quickly at 10 pm. Great job.

The ride to airport was immediate and the driver gave us instructions on where to pick up the shuttle for our return.

We needed some assistance on exiting as we had prepaid but did not park in the right area so we were not able to exit from the general exit. The attendant immediately adjusted our payment and we were on our way.
