At 4:00 a.m. there was a driver waiting when we arrived, showed us where to park, picked us up and drive us to the airport. He was polite, alert, and helpful.

On my return shuttle ride Chris, my driver was really sweet. I stumbled when getting on and off. He was really helpful and when I got to my car I thought I had dropped my phone and left it behind. He was heading to the office to have me try to call it when it turned out I had it. The woman at the front desk was facilitating the whole thing. I really appreciate them.

The service. Though wait times at either the office or terminal can be excessive when multiple take off / land. Seems you could be more in tune with airline schedules. Covered parking when available is the most valued offering you have.
