We only park here. We recently had to change our reservation we had reserved and prepaid 4 months prior. We were expertly helped by Mrs Brown in ensuring we were not penalized for adding 2 days to our itinerary.

That there is someone there at the gate if you have issues. The folks that man the booth, have always been kind and seem to be very happy. The drivers are generally very nice as well.

The service was good, I had the premium covered. it was my understanding that after picking the the premium guest, the shuttle would go directly to the airport. That was not my experience. We spent another 15-20 minutes picking up others before heading to the airport.
Everyone is so friendly. Very nice to not worry about your vehicle when on a trip from weather related events such as hail bc it's covered. the drivers and other staff members are super nice and helpful. Love being picked up and dropped off at my car. Much safer
