Convenient location and shuttle is readily available when taking us and picking us up from airport. We use Parking Spot 3 every time we travel with Lambert Field.

I AM VERY PLEASE WITH TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT. I LIKE HOW THE STAFF IS NICE AND WELCOMING TO THE RIDERS WHO ARE BOARDING AND GETTING OFF. AND HOW THE STAFF ASSIST YOU WITH CONCERN QUESTIONS. THE SELF SERVE WATER BOTTLES IS A NUMBER 10 FOR ME AND MY FAMILY/FRIENDS. DURING THE SUMMER IT IS HOT AND WHEN YOU GET OFF THE PLANE, WE NEED WATER TO HELP WITH THE HYDRATION. THE COUPONS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME WHEN RESERVING YOUR CAR STAY. THANK VERY MUCH.
I like the fact that I can park my car and have a shuttle come to my spot, take me to the terminal as well as pick me up from the terminal and take me back to the car. It is very convenient and appreciated. Plus, the cost is reasonable.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We quickly found a parking spot and got on the shuttle to the airport. We were dropped off right at our gate. On the return, we waited only a few minutes for the shuttle. The driver dropped us off right at our car. It was a great experience. We will definitely park here again.

Generally easy except access can be difficult when traffic is heavy. I come from the west so when traffic is heavy I take the 183 south exit, make a u-turn then come back so i am in the right lane and do not really have to merge into that speeding traffic coming from the west. I have it figured out so it is OK now.

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT “THE PARKING SPOT”. I love that I can drive myself to the airport, park my car in a save space, leave for vacation and then come back to my car to drive myself home and not wait for anyone to come get me.

Its easy to exit 71 east snd turn into The Parking Spot. They offer many types of discounts inluding AAA, senior discount and military discount. They will also assist you with your luggage if needed.
I love the ease of reserving online. The app is so simple. I usually use valet but decided to self park and wow! How simple!!! My driver was the same leaving and returning and he was fantastic! I always recommend this lot!
Convenient
It's easy to park at your place and get a van ride to my terminal at the airport, but I don't like that I have to go upstairs at LAX and find the right place to be picked up on my return from my trip. I see your vans dropping people off at each airline and every terminal, but for pickups they want you to go to a very specific place and that is not fair.
On my last trip, I was treated rudely by the van driver because I tried to flag him down when he went by the place outside the Delta terminal where I was standing. He scolded me and told me I had to go to the end where the 'designated' pickup location was, but yet, he let passengers off the van right there.
