Every single time we have used this parking lot we have been very happy. All of their employees are kind and professional. We rarely even need to call for the pick up because they run routes to the airport so frequently. We also appreciate the loyalty program. We've gotten many free nights from always using this lot.

I love how easy it is to pull in park, they load your bags. Then take your to your airline ,they drop you off unload bags for you. The drivers are always so nice. I came in at 8 pm the other night had shuttle waiting, we loaded up, he took me right to my car loaded my bags and waiting while I checked out.

The shuttle was prompt both leaving and returning to Chicago. It had snowed while we were away and the shuttle driver brushed the 9+ inches of snow off of our car, assisted us with our bags, and was very friendly.

I've parked at the Parking Spot Plus two times recently. All of the employees are so nice!!! We flew out Thanksgiving afternoon and were greeted with "happy thanksgiving" and "would you like a water" when we walked in. Bathrooms are super clean!
