It’s so easy to park at The Parking Spot and shuttle to the airport. It’s also very convenient to be picked up & dropped off right at my car.

You buses are very easy to spot and waiting time is pretty good

The attendants in the gate shed are always friendly and helpful. By the time I park the shuttle is coming down the lane to pick me up. The drivers are always pleasant and helpful putting the luggage in the shuttle and getting it off. I have parked at the Parking Spot for several years now and I have never had a complaint with the service I have received.

Easy access from Rt 1, virtually no wait for the van on either end, my car was waiting for me with the AC on, the drivers assist with my luggage.

My vehicle was intact with no signs of any damage and was not stolen while parked for 10 days at the facility, so this gives me sufficient confidence that I will park my vehicle here again when needed. I also parked in the roof-covered area and did not need to be concerned about heat buildup within the vehicle from constant sun exposure. I also enjoyed having the optional benefit to park in a wider space intended for larger SUVs.

I do not usually have to wait long for a van to come by and pick up at the curbside. Best of all...your people. Super nice, Christian folks who are simply great. Keep it up!
