Definitely improving; although, the driver drove right past our parked truck, even with me blinking the lights and went to the next groups car. In wasn't to far, maybe 50 yards or so, so we just walked to the truck from that point. Completion of the construction has made a big difference and it was really great that there were attendants there to guide us out. All of whom were exceptionally friendly. Thank you!

Consistently have vans taking you to the airport and picking you up. Very short wait times. And good fees if you become a member.
The entire experience with Parking Spot South was fabulous. Very easy in, the shuttle bus both picking up and dropping off was really phenomenal.

The drivers are always very kind, promptly pick us up after we park and upon return from trip the shuttles come at a good frequency so don’t need to wait long. Love the ability to track shuttles.

Relatively easy to reserve a spot and the rewards program is reasonable. Most drivers are friendly, courteous, and willingly assist in baggage. Cost is reasonable and the pickup and drop off process is usually timely.
Pick up and drop off at and to my vehicle. Prompt service. Nice seats on bus-remodeled from USA Parking buses. Free water bottle when leaving.
The location is convenient and provides easy access to enter and exit. I'm always greeted by a friendly staff member. They ask how I'm doing and make sure I have everything before I leave and that I left my keys. The travel time to and from the airport is fairly quick even with traffic. The shuttles come frequently. The biggest plus is the valet service. I love being able to pull in and drop off my vehicle and that'd my vehicle is readily available when I return.
