EVERYTHING! The bus that takes us to the airport is almost always at our car by the time we get our luggage out. The driver always helps with our luggage. We seldom wait more than ten minutes for the bus to pick us up at the airport on our return.

The lot is clean, well-lit and landscaped instead of just a vast blacktop space. Everyone from the gate attendant upon arrival to our shuttle driver was friendly and welcoming. They’ve got a great system, and professional appearance - will definitely park here again!

I have always parked at Usa Parking now that Parking Spot has taken over. The service is still great. I like that. They meet you directly at your car when you pull in and they are fast to pick you up upon arrival from your destination.., your team is always very considerate and helpful
