It’s very easy to reserve a spot. The staff is very friendly. I did not have to wait at all to be picked up or dropped off. I appreciate the driver helping with my bags, as I have a back injury and can struggle to lift bags into the luggage racks. Also, I really appreciate the fact that we can use QR code to tip because I don’t always have cash on hand.

Your prices seemed to almost double since it transferred from USAirport Parking to Parking Spot. Was about to find another Parking lot, but took advantage of the discount offered for Feb-March. Prices reflected more of what we were used to spending. We’ll be coming back next week.

First time using the service. It was easy to use, staff were friendly. I got back late and it was easy to find the bus back to where I parked my car. I will definitely use the service again on shorter trips.
