The thing I don't like is that when trying to book Parking Spot 2 I was signed up for one of the other ones in your algorithm and then fortunately had not paid for it yet so then found out how to change the location. This was mess for someone who hates trying to deal with computers and their individual algorithms fix that please make it very clear which place you are signing up to be parked at it was not good capitalize not
When I parked there and was leaving the girl at the front was so helpful. She came out of the booth to make sure I could scan my QR card and pay. She was very friendly and helpful. The driver was nice and courteous. I never have to wait long for a bus. I have recommended you to several of my friends.

On a busy night, service was seamless, except for people jumping on the bus who had not been waiting as long as others, due to the bus stopping at the end of the line.
