You get a 9 out of 10 for my happiness with the location, ease of access, price, app, etc. Minus one point for the fact that my front left bumper was damaged (scuffed, hit with plastic/painted surface) while at your location. I am even more disappointed that I did not take the time to more thoroughly check my vehicles condition prior to departing. I chalk that up to long day, tired, late, hungry, etc. Nevertheless, someone did not own up to causing the damage whether it was a self park driver or one of the valet drivers.

I certainly enjoy the Parking spot from check in to when I leave the lot. Simple check in, the van to take me to the airport is very prompt and I get dropped off right in front of the airlines I am flying. Extremely happy with the Parking Spot!!

I recently had a negative experience with The Parking Spot. The Assistant Manager (Burney) proactively reached out to me to understand what happened. They went above and beyond to make things right with me. I truly appreciate how the situation was handled and am happy with the resolution.

Shuttle bus was quick and efficient. I used valet and my car was waiting for me when I was dropped at the lot. And, the air conditioning was running to cool off the car

Friendliness of staff and speed.

The driver that drove us to the airport wasnt the friendliest, but those things happen, since it had been a while since we been to the airport it would be nice if the drop off driver would indicate the pu location to take us back to park vehicle. FYI the driver that picked up at the airport was GREAT!

Pickups are typically on good times. And the Pickup driver is typically very helpful.

Hire more drivers...especially during the early morning traveling to the airport. There was only one early morning driver for the shuttle service on June 20,2026. I know that several people including me who almost missed their flights because the shuttle bus was not picking us up.
I almost had to take a LYFT ride to the airport, but the Parking Spot 2 shuttle bus finally arrived!
I had to walk to the front gate with my luggage in tow...in order to catch this PS2 shuttle bus!
