It was overall a good experience: covered parking, friendly shuttle drivers, and a free bottle of water on the way home.
Everything runs smoothly from making the online reservation, dropping the car off and being shuttled to the airport, and then upon return, being picked up and brought back to pick up your car.

That a bus is right there for pickup, day or middle of the night (recently tested this). Drivers are friendly and efficient. Plus they help with my luggage.
Shuttles were very quick on pick ups at parking lots. A special shout out — and I wish I had gotten his name — but very nice, informative and helpful driver who picked us up on Monday, June 29th around 5:00 pm to BWI North parking lot. He was an exceptional driver and made sure we all got to our cars and they started up.

There is no wait time for transportation. As soon as you park and get out of the car the bus is right at your destination and they load the luggage into the bus for you. The trip to the airport is short and they seriously have the nicest drivers around. Upon arrival to the airport they take your luggage off the bus and send you on your way with kind words and gestures. To return to your vehicle there is never a wait for a bus which I love. The Parking Spot always offers discounts on parking as well. I highly recommend their services. I'm a very happy customer.
