Everything runs smoothly from making the online reservation, dropping the car off and being shuttled to the airport, and then upon return, being picked up and brought back to pick up your car.

That a bus is right there for pickup, day or middle of the night (recently tested this). Drivers are friendly and efficient. Plus they help with my luggage.
Shuttles were very quick on pick ups at parking lots. A special shout out — and I wish I had gotten his name — but very nice, informative and helpful driver who picked us up on Monday, June 29th around 5:00 pm to BWI North parking lot. He was an exceptional driver and made sure we all got to our cars and they started up.
