Two Parking Spot south busses went by before the North bus came. This is similar to when the northern lot was Park N Fly. Please provide similar coverage for both lots.

good shuttle service, reasonable pricing
I like being picked up but the shuttle at my car and returned to my car. I am not walking in a parking garage by myself.
I was very confident about leaving my car. They picked me up at my car and transportation to the airport was very pleasant. I will use the Spot to park my car on my next trip.

The drivers are so friendly and helpful. One comment, when someone is taking their time getting out of their car and getting their luggage and not in a hurry at all, I think the driver could speak up and say something like "another bus will be here in a few minutes to get you." We waited several minutes for folks who were in no hurry at all.
Never had to wait more than a few minutes at the airport for a bus. However it is a little frustrating that there is not a specific slot for each parking bus. Dozens of people are standing there waiting and when one bus pulls up it's a mad dash to get on first. Could be much more organized if there was a sign for each parking service.
