The service works very well for us. I do think there is a little glitch in the app -- when he have arrived late and click on "where's my shuttle", it says to call for shuttle pick-up but clicking on the button does not make a phone call. Thanks.

There is a van available pretty quickly. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been helpful and friendly. And I love getting water on my way out! I recently returned from a trip during a heat wave and forgot to get water at the airport. I was happy that I was able to get a bottle on my way home - 1 1/2 hours away. Thank you!

The system they have in place is very easy to work. And once you get there, they are very, very friendly. They load your luggage and on our return trip. We were a day late because of a flight change. And everything was handled very easily.It was low cost, and the nice lady gave us two bottles of cold water for the ride home. I found it very nice.They are very accommodating and much better than the cheaper versions.

We usually park in Terminal A at the airport, but this time we decided to try the Parking Spot. The experience was fantastic. From the minute we parked our car, the service was incredible. We were dropped off at our gate in a timely manner, and upon our return, the shuttle picked us up within 5 minutes and dropped us off at our car. It was a wonderful experience.

Easy in and easy out. This past Monday I flew in in the morning and got to my car and the battery was dead. I walked over to the booth attendant and she immediately called someone to help me out. Within 5 minutes a driver showed up at my car with a portable battery and 5 minutes later I was on the road. You all are the best!!

Everything! Covered parking with shuttle pick up right at your parking space. Having my bags put on and off the shuttle is the icing on the cake!
