I reserved a parking spot over a week in advance since we had a very early flight. It was extremely easy to get in and get out the next weekend. We were also fortunate that the shuttle was right there each time we needed it. We appreciated our car being under cover for the week we were gone. Definitely would use again.
We had a major issue with our billing, and were finally able to get it handled after my previous message made its way to their corporate office. The response I got from corporate was A+ and very understanding of my issue and worked promptly to fix it. Short version is their system needs an upgrade to keep some issues from happening. Thank you.
