This service was so convenient! As soon as we pulled in and got our luggage out of the car the shuttle was there to grab us and take us to the airport. On the way home, we waited two minutes tops for another shuttle to take us right back to our parking spot. I highly recommend it.

This was my first time using The Parking Spot, and I had a great experience. The app was easy to use, and I especially liked that it recognized when I arrived at the airport. There was no need to call for a shuttle—they were already on their way, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Pre-booking also saved me money. I'll definitely use The Parking Spot again!

I was recently scared away from an another parking spot in town. I decided to give these guys a try and 10 out of 10 I will not use anybody else. I will use any one of their three locations near DFW airport. I was picked up promptly at my vehicle. I didn’t wait more than five minutes after I got to the proper pick up zone for them to come pick me up and got dropped off right back at my vehicle and was out of the parking lot within a couple minutes… they are amazing. They are professional, and I will continue to use them from here on out and I will recommend them to everybody I know.
