Locality

You guys listened when I complained about the gate that scans the QR code. Up until two years ago, it was impossible to get it to scan right. I would always have to get out of my car and get help. I wrote a note, expecting nothing. I got a polite response in return, but I still expected nothing. It seems whatever the problem was has been fixed.

We were picked up promptly and a smooth ride to Domestic Airport.

Special thanks to the driver on our return trip, Feb 2 around 1 - 2 pm. The driver, a woman, let us off and we started to leave. We were in Sect H uncovered, we realized that we had left our computer bag on your bus. She followed us and returned our computer bag. Great work on her part!

I appreciated that the parking lot was cleared of snow. There was about 12 inches that came while my car was parked. Shuttle service was quick and efficient.

The lot is super convenient from the airport and I rarely have to wait to be picked up when returning to my car. If I have to wait, it’s not long. The drivers are very friendly and engaging. They are quick to present you a card with your parking position for when I return. Great experience.

Friendly, fast and efficient

First time user but checking in was actually pretty easy, shuttle was right there to get our luggage. It was a little bit farther walk to ticket counter at the airport than I expected but might be due to construction. Also pickup on return timed out perfectly in the cold and snow. Drop off at car location was good and driver helpful with luggage. No complaints.

I honestly have to say the service here gets better every single time. I’m still adjusting to the new covered parking layout. I absolutely love the dedicated premium access area—I’m just so used to parking in my old spot (which is now regular covered parking) that I keep forgetting to take advantage of my premium perks. I’ll get it together soon enough!

As someone who uses this parking service at least twice a month, I truly appreciate the amazing staff and the consistently on-time pickup. It makes a big difference.
