The young lady (medium build, short hair) who picked us up at abt 10:30pm on Sat 5/16 evening from Term 4 was EXCELLENT! She was as 10 for helpfulness and a 10 for pleasant attitude! At the end of a LONG day, LONG travels, tired and exhausted, she was WONDERFUL. She's the reason we continue to use Parking Spot! She deserves a day off w/PAY!

Decent price for what you get. Takes the hassle out of trying to find parking. Just pull up to your spot and hop on a shuttle that takes you right to where you need to go. Covered, uncovered, or basic, you gotta walk to the shuttle pick up area. It just makes sense

The shuttle services provided by The Spot made my trip anxiety and overall stress of travel greatly decrease. I was able to leave my car in a safe location knowing exactly where it was upon my return. The shuttle drivers were incredibly kind and courteous and took me directly to the gate I needed to go through TSA and immediately wait by my gate. Shuttle pickup after my return flight was also incredibly seamless! Once I arrived and gathered my luggage, I was able to select that I was waiting for the shuttle on the app, tell the driver where I was located, and even track the shuttle's progress as it drove towards my location. I highly recommend using The Spot's services, everything made my trip run so smoothly and took a significant amount of stress off of myself.
