Everything went very smoothly parked my car and was picked up immediately taken to the airport, when I returned was picked up at the airport and driven to where I had parked my car. On both pick up and drop off it probably took less than seven minutes.

Normally, The Parking Spot is quick and convenient but on June 28, 2026 at 11:30pm, there were several planes that arrived, and the Parking Spot shuttles couldn't keep up. The shuttles pulled up closer to the end of the line, where people had just walked up and got on, leaving those people who had waited at the correct spot. It was chaos. Another issue was they only had one lane to exit and the scanner wasn't working, which required staff to assist. I will continue to use the Parking Spot because, maybe this is unusual, but if it happens often, I'd rather pay a few bucks more and skip the hassle. Looking forward to improvements.
