Under roof parking and being able to take my car keys with me.
Everything, spot on 😁
Staff was very helpful at Valet area to unload and offer water. Upon return, same!
Shuttles were timely - both directions. Parking lot was nearly full (or it felt like it), but attendant pointed me in a good direction to find a spot...and sent the shuttle driver that way too!
Prompt, courteous, very helpful employees. The site is clean and secure. I wouldn’t park any place else at CLT
Staff is cordial and friendly
TPS is the only parking company I use at MCO.
1. The app is easy to use for reservations, entrance, pick up, and exit;
2. Staff is always helpful and courteous;
3. Shuttle service is as quick as possible both going to and from the terminals.
Easy, great, very kind shuttle drivers!
So easy to get there and park with covered parking. Shuttle is always quick! Very safe location.
Kindliness, courteous, professionalism
24 hour service
So easy. Drive in, they meet you at the car. They help you with your luggage and load you on a bus and take you straight to the airport to your drop off point. When I arrived back, 10 days later, once again they were right there to pick you up at the airport. I didn’t have to wait either time. Once back at The Parking Spot my car was right there. No waiting anywhere, the service was seamless. They once again helped me with my luggage into the car. I am a solo traveler with mobility issues and they provided help without me having to ask. Service was impeccable. Highly recommend. Thank you all so much!
Very smooth and easy to use.
