You actually are running a business.
Your shuttles actually pick people up and drop people off within a very reasonable time (all things considered), given the mess that your drivers have to navigate on Century Blvd and on the horseshoe.
Your reservation system actually works.
You actually have parking spaces available for those of us who plan ahead and reserve ahead.
One thing you could do away with is requiring me to pull out a credit card when exiting. Simply keep the parking charge on the card that was used to make the reservation. That will allow less fumbling about by the drivers ahead of me who are not familiar with your system---or who just live in a constant state of Randomness.

Covered parking with priority service.
Friendly drivers and very convenient area to drop off a vehicle and catch the shuttle back to the parking area. Terminal 2 is the best for the shuttle being there or coming soon. We have had issues in the past getting a shuttle in a timely manner from Terminal 1 and the phone number listed in the shuttle isn't answered so it's pointless having it.

The driver bringing us back to the SPOT unloaded our bags and proceeded to load them into our car. I told him that we could do it, but he quickly grabbed them and loaded them into my car. I tipped him well but I feel he went beyond the call of duty for us. THANK YOU!

Easy convenience to the airport. Your drivers and very friendly and your shuttles come around to your car instead of you having to walk across a parking lot to get on the shuttle. The bonus… the free bottled water you provide when you exit. Super generous!
