That you can book a spot and pay ahead so that parking and checking out is stress-free. That you are picked up and dropped off right at your car. That the driver helps with your luggage. ALL very awesome things that I like. WHAT I DON'T LIKE AND MOST OF YOUR OTHER CUSTOMERS AS WELL is how chaotic it is for airport pickup. There NEVER seems to be enough vans ready when it's busy. There is NOT a designated spot for people to wait. So what happens is people have been waiting for a while, a van pulls up and stops further away from them. So then people who just arrived get on that van ahead of customers who HAVE BEEN WAITING!!!! It is beyond frustrating and happens ALL THE TIME!! It ruins the trip home. You need a designated line and SPOT to wait for your vans.
Convenience and drive up valet option however the rates are getting outrageous and the rewards aren’t as good as before the take over.
