Everything was great! The associates were awesome as always! The only complaint I have and this may not be in your control, is that navigation sent us to your shuttle entrance to get in. We stayed at a hotel the night before our flight departure as it was the first flight out. When I put your address in my phone, it directed me to the shuttle entrance which we could not obviously access. We had to leave the entire airport property, go under the bridge, get on the freeway, make a legal u-turn on a freeway (luckily this was at around 0410 am), then enter off of Hwy 71. It took us a few minutes to do this and we were in a rush. Thank goodness your drivers were right there to take us to the terminal.
So if there is a way to have that corrected, or another route from the hotel side on airport property, to get to you that would be great and not as stressful.
Online booking is easy. We didn't wait long for a bus coming or going...this time. I like the bottled water but I do not like the price increase!

Everything is always EASY. Easy to find where to enter, easy to find where to park because there is always an employee available no matter the hour, easy to get picked up, easy to find the shuttle on the way home etc. The employees take pride in everything running smooth so there is never a delay.
I love the polka dot busses -- easy to spot. Also like the gate 5 waiting area and the very helpful drivers who help with everything. Mine was Arial (?) on Wed Nov 12 at ~ 5 pm
