The scanning from the mobile app makes entry fast and easy.
I always find it easy to purchase ahead of my arrival time, finding a parking spot and very quick pick up from the shuttle bus. It's so close to the airport I never worry about making my flight because of parking my car. When I am picked up after my trip a shuttle bus shows up very quickly and drives me right to my car. AND I get a AAA discount every time.
Ease and timelyness.
My parking experience was great. The drop off and pickups to and from the airport were quick and easy. The drivers were polite and respectful.

First class service! My first time using The Parking Spot, and I was impressed. On arrival at the gate, the attendant was friendly and professional, and helped guide me to the right area to park my car. The parking area was clean and organized. Being picked by my car was convenient, and the shuttle service to the airport was fast. On return, the shuttles were quickly available and brought me right back to my Spot! Great discounts too! Highly recommend!
