We were so lucky to find others loading up on the North bus, so no need to call. The gentleman that was the driver helped us and was patient with us.
I had misplaced our location tag and could not find it, so after he dropped off the other folks, he helped us find our vehicle in the covered area. Such a kind and helpful man, since we were so tired from our long flight, to make sure we found our spot and helped with our bags.
Hopefully you don't sell out the parking spot to be replaced with a massive warehouse!

I've been parking at this location for years. I really like that the lot is monitored 24/7 and you never have to wait more than two minutes, if that long, for the shuttle. AND, they always offer to assist you with your bags.
Quick, easy, and convenient! Affordable rates and reliable service. There has also been a significant improvement with wait times on arrival, coming back to ATL. I used to typically wait 15+ minutes. Now there is usually a shuttle waiting once I arrive.
