Easy getting in and out airport

Everything was good. Easy to find and check in. Shuttle service was good. A little trouble with the app on my phone.

We were greeted and told how to proceed to a spot. Our driver picked us up within 5 minutes. We were able to catch a parking van at the airport immediately. Again, our driver was very good and helpful.

The drivers were very nice and helpful when picking us up at both our car and at the airport. Price was much better than the airport parking with AAA discount.

It was quick and easy to check in and to check out.
The only issue we had was on our return on 6/13. We were picked up by a driver who drove like a speed demon. He crammed too many people on the bus - our 25 year old grandson had to stand during most of the trip back and would have fallen if we hadn't held on to him. Luggage slid across the floor as the driver took corners at a pretty high speed. He drove over curbs. It was quite unpleasant and not save AT ALL. He rushed us off the bus so he could head back for his next pickup. If I see him again as my pickup driver, I'll wait for the next bus.

The bus to pick us up after parking was there in 1 minute! When our plane landed, it was so easy to just click the app and tell them how many people were in our group and they were there in 5 minutes. Great service. Safe, secure, reasonably priced, and friendly!

I really enjoy the Parking Spot from my previous trips. I was a little disappointed this last trip being delayed overseas and charged a certain fee to extend but I have talked to Mr Dylan Bernie and he helped with the situation. So I really appreciate that from you all contacting me in a quick and timely manner!!!!

I liked how close the lot was to the airport. I liked that this lot or at least the space I chose was covered. I liked that I could track the shuttle from the app. I liked that I could tip the driver from the app. I liked that the shuttle had instructions on where to go to get picked up.

One recommendation I would give is that the pickup location at Terminal 2 is not well marked so there was a little confusion as to where to wait but we figured it out eventually.

I have used this service several times and have no complaints about it.
The last trip, I inadvertantly left my phone in the car which I did not notice until I was at the checkin counter. After checking my bag, I took the shuttle back to the lot, found my phone, and the driver helpfully took me back to the terminal, although it was the end of his shift.
The whole trip would have been a disaster without my phone and I was very grateful for his understanding service.

So convenient and love the peace of mind, knowing my car is safe and secure.

Everything, the app is easy to use, parking indoor or outdoor is self explained, getting picked up and dropped off to my vehicle is amazing makes me feel safe. The drivers are always a delight.

It’s easy and reasonable. Theygo above and beyond as my battery needed a jumpstart when I got back from a flight and it was late at night. I was up and running in about 10 minutes. So grateful for the wonderful people that run the service.

We have used the parking spot many times now and continue to be pleased. Shuttles run frequently, drivers are safe, helpful and courteous. On our last trip I left my reusable water bottle in the shuttle on the way to DIA airport. I called and asked them to save it for me. A week later we returned and the water bottle was there waiting for me in the office. Truly appreciate the staff and drivers.
