My company has a corporate account with the Parking Spot and the rates a much less than any other providers around the Atlanta airport. The fact that you get picked up and dropped off at your car is great!
Plus, the fact that you can get a free car wash and bottle of water when checking out is just one more nice perk of using the services.
Wish that the lot did have EV charging spaces available like those available at the ATL West Parking Deck.

Easy to book and the buses run on time!
I find the app very easy to use to get reservations, and I really appreciate it showing me where buses are when I am waiting (usually) at T7. Thumbs up on the rewards program as well, which I use for my personal travel.

Very convenient to access. I never have to wait long to be picked up or dropped off. My car is covered so not baking in the sun when I am away. The drivers are always nice. I plan to continue booking with The Parking Spot.

The ease and convenience. I drive in, an attendant takes my luggage and loads it on the van. My car is valeted for me. Then in five minutes I arrive at the terminal.
When I return I summon a ride and am picked up in a matter of minutes. Then my car is waiting and the attendant transfers my luggage.
I use Parking Spot frequently as I travel frequently for work. Although I think the base charges for parking are high, there are so many reservation related discount offers that I rarely have to pay full price for parking and that brings the cost of parking into the reasonable range (keep those offers coming ;-). I've used parking spot for about 13 years and with the exception of two drivers, all the drivers I have encountered have been friendly, courteous and helpful. I have had reason, on three or four occasions, to contact the manager Dindo at Parking Spot 1. Each time, he has provided customer focused attention and assisted me to resolve the issues I have had. I appreciate your Parking Spot team!
