I like being able to reserve a spot before my trip. I like the frequency of the shuttles; it's rare to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up. The drivers have always been friendly and helpful. Finally, it's so convenient to use your services.

We did the self park and the shuttle was right there to pick us up. Very easy. Upon return, we went to door 4 and there was your shuttle and they brought us right to our car!!! Could not have been easier!! Will definitely use you again when we travel.
