The Parking Spot is very convenient, easy to access, sending a timely QR code to mobile phone to scan for entry well in advance as well as the day of entry, courteous, with excellent shuttle service for drop off and pick up using their mobile phone app.

After getting dropped at my car I found it very difficult to find the exit. You need more exit signs and arrows to take the guess work out of leaving the lot.

I drive from Southern Delaware so parking there with my reservation ahead of time makes it convenient and safe. The drivers are courteous, friendly, and funny. Totally recommend it.
