This was my first experience using this service and I was so happy for the help and guidance of the shuttle driver and the young lady when I left after my trip. They couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. There was no long wait for the shuttle pickup or drop off. The service is amazing. I was picked up and dropped off at my vehicle. The driver took my luggage right away both times and when he dropped me off he explained how to get out of the garage and he waited for me to get into my vehicle, which was greatly appreciated since I am older and not used to traveling by myself. I will be using this service for future travel needs!

You run an efficient service and yiur employees are nice & helpful. I had only parked there a few times years ago and recently returned. I tried to make a reservation for the November promotion price, but didnt get it because I didnt complete the last step. I reserved anyway, but maybe you could tweak this feature to make it more user friendly & less steps. Thank you for listening!
