I was right in when I arrived and right out when I returned home. The attendant Dawn was so nice in the morning and helped me with my phone to be able to park.
Staff were very friendly and attentive. We got to our parking spot and only waited a minute or two before a bus stopped to get us. Coming back from the airport was a quick pick up. Made reservations again for our next trip.
It is such a easy service to use. Its nice to not have to worry about parking.
The ease of making reservations, your many locations, and the helpful employees at the entrance to your lots. But especially the shuttles. They're always there right away and on the rare occasion that I have to wait for them it's never over a minute or two.

Is a 24/7 service with parking at both ends of the airport. Sometimes they are quick, sometimes they take forever to pick up. They usually are good about getting us to the airport in a decent amount of time. It balances out, much more positive than negative.
