The ease and convenience of paying for parking. I also liked that I had the option to simply scan a QR code from my phone in order to both check in and check out. Pick up from the airport was a breeze due to the mini shuttles that are available.

Picking up and dropping off so quickly
The prices are great, the service from staff at the site and the drivers have always been professional and kind. I have noticed the interior of the buses look dirty and worn. Noticed walls of bus are scuffed and dirty, lots of finger prints and just not clean looking. The Parking Spot should be the stand out, make folks talks about the outstanding service (always has been) and clean buses!
