We use The Parking Spot (Buffalo) on a regular basis. Our experiences have always been very positive.. great, efficient service and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
My only criticisms are with the app. I find the points system/free parking days not easy to understand and not particularly user friendly. Also, once the spot is reserved (with pay upon departure option), it won’t allow for a change of discount, if I get a better discount message from Parking Spot. This is a potential problem when/if I reserve far in advance.

The Parking Spot shuttle bus is always clean and comfortable to get passengers to and from airport ... a special high-five and fist-bump and praises to Parking Spot Ambassador & Driver, Fred ... the man is The Best! I will Keep earning my Parking Spot Rewards while parking and riding with The Parking Spot.

Fast efficient drop off and travel to terminal. On return no wait time for bus and car waiting for me. As important I received a discount; regular rate is too expensive for retired folks.
