Shuttle was available at my car and at arrivals with a very minimal wait
The only negative is that you don't send near as many vans for pickup at IAH to JFK. We waited 15 minutes and saw 5 vans come by for Will Clayton. That was very frustrating, especially when you're tired.

Parking was so easy! We arrived at the location and the shuttle met us at our spot. We loaded and were given a ticket from the driver. When we got back from our trip the shuttle was right there waiting for us. On our way to the Parking Spot we realized we didn't look at the location of where we parked in the lot. I pulled out the card and it had our parking spot number on it! Besides that, the shuttle dropped us at our car and we didn't have to walk at all. I would definitely use this service again.
