Quick, friendly, professional service. I have been running late and when I show up I’m given my ticket, counter person scans and I’m off to the shuttle and headed to the airport. I usually spend about 5 mins from parking to being in a shuttle and headed to the airport. Upon arrival home I simply call the number provided and when I get to the spot my car is either already sitting there or pulling up to meet me. I load my luggage and I’m off. What a great easy way to park.

I normally take an Uber from Love Field, but since I was going to be away for just a week I decided to try The Parking Spot #1. As soon as I parked in the covered spot, a van pulled up to collect my luggage and us. The driver was very courteous and gave me a card with the exact location of my auto. After picking up a few more people to fill the van, we were off to the airport in no time. When I returned from my trip, after getting my luggage, I went out to the pickup spot and a van was there waiting to load up. He collected our bags and asked for the card the first driver had given me. He filled the van and set all the cards on his dashboard to drop everyone off in a logical order. Once he got to our car, he promptly unloaded the bags and even asked if we needed help in loading them back into our car, which were were able to do ourselves. The experience was A+. We didn't save too much from the cost of using an Uber, but liked having immediate access to our own auto. I just used the app on my phone to exit the parking lot and paid with my cc at the automated gate. I highly recommend this service to anyone traveling on a short term basis.
