These folks go above and beyond taking care of their customers. I just returned from an 11 day trip and when I got back to my car I noticed that there was plastic covering the driver’s side window. I thought the car had been broken into. When I spoke to one of the attendants, he told me that I had left my window open. He noticed it and placed the plastic there to protect the interior from the elements. I’m so grateful for his service. I’ll never use another long term parking lot except for The Parking Spot.

I like that I can usually get a bus quickly. I was very disappointed this last trip—we did not get a pickup ride for over 25 minutes on June 2. The few busses available were either full and would pass us by or were employee only busses. Not sure what happened but I was getting concerned that we would be late for our flight.

My husband and I currently have mobility issues and the Parking Spot staff, especially the bus drivers, were very helpful in getting our luggage on and off the bus. The one gentleman actually helped load the luggage into our car.

Friendly customer service

Self Park is easy to navigate, the shuttle runs frequently, ballet Park is pretty reasonably pressed, and it is super easy to book and pay online prior to a trip. Anytime I need to fly out of Hartford. I park here and have never had any problems.

So easy to get in and they are so prompt with pick up. We always use the parking spot! Love the convenience.

Booking reservations and dropping off our car for our international trip were a breeze! The driver taking us to the airport was polite and friendly, but I can’t remember his name. When we came back, we were picked up in a timely manner from the international terminal. Our driver (I’m pretty sure his name was Cedric) was very friendly and even waited for us to turn on our car to make sure it was working after leaving it for a while. We will gladly use the parking spot again!
