The moment we pulled in staff member helped us with where to park. As soon as we parked the shuttle driver picked us up and helped us with our bags. He was very courteous and friendly. On return the shuttle driver arrived at the airport pickup in a few minutes. He helped us with our bags on and off the shuttle. It was a bad snowstorm that day and he had a shovel to help clear the snow from that was behind my vehicle. He then offered to clean off the windshield. These are services that go above and beyond our expectations and are greatly appreciated

It easy to enter and exit without the need of a service person, but if you need someone, there's someone to assist you.
Covered parking, best location, frequent shuttles
Parking Spot employees are always kind, courteous and helpful. The van is always either already waiting when I get off my plane or arrives within 5 minutes. Their vans are always clean, warm during winter and the drivers are very efficient and speedy but also safe drivers. I can’t say enough good things about Parking Spot.

As usual everything was great I have used this location for 15+ years with the parking spot and the precious company. The employees were polite and pleasant and very curtious. seamless entry and exit with no issues. The billing was clear and easy to understand and the app makes it very enjoyable. The free bottles of water was great as well. I will always choose this location in the future.
