We had booked premium covered parking. The attendant directed us to the area, but we waited and waited and no buses every showed up. We finally just went back to the front and followed the signs to the regular covered parking area.

This was our first time booking premium and can only assume the attendant never sent a bus for us.

Appreciate the convenience of being so near the airport and the availability is good almost all the time. Shuttle service is good with helpful drivers. Cost is a bit high for my budget, but the convenience and service is top-notch.

Your shuttles were timely on both ends of the trip. Your drivers were safe and courteous.

We love the fact that the parking lot is covered, so when it snows, we can just pick up our car and drive home. We were plowed in one time at the airport when it snowed. Never again.

I was dropped off at my car and the driver helped unload my suitcase. The proximity to Lambert is also great.
