There are always parking spots available and the drivers are always available even super early in the morning.

The location is convenient as are the shuttles.

But the technology needs to be improved. I've had problems with the scanner reading the QR code before, but on Tuesday morning the reader wouldn't work and the credit card I used to make the reservation wouldn't open the gate either.

Fortunately a staffer came out, and then a second one because the first one didn't know what to do. Then the first gate I was out suddenly said OUT OF SERVICE, something like that.

I backed up and tried the other gate and finally the gate opened. I think it was with the credit card and not the QR code.

The scanner didn't work when I left on Wednesday evening but fortunately the credit card worked.

Please fix this problem ASAP.

Great place to park your vehicle. Reserve your space, and they send you a scan code to get in and out. The shuttle picks you up, after parking your car, and takes you to the terminal. After your flight, you hop on the shuttle and it takes you back to your car.

This was my first experience at this The Parking Spot location, and it exceeded my expectations. I was picked up right at the end of the row where I parked, so I didn’t have to lug my bags to the service building. On my return, I simply handed over my card with my parking spot number, and the driver dropped me off directly at my car instead of making me walk from the building. The driver also helped with my bags to and from the terminal, loaded them into my car, and even offered us water for the ride home.

From check-in to drop-off, everything was seamless. I’ve never experienced this level of convenience and personal service at an airport parking facility, and I’ll definitely be using this location again!
