Easy to find, reasonably priced, late/early morning shuttle service and frequent shuttles.
I like the ease of making reservations and the quick pickups of the shuttles
But I don't like prepaying
The Ap is user friendly, the attendants are always very helpful, the vans are usually very timely. This last time I made a reservation, I noted that the return would be at 12:30. Unfortunately, the minor child had their flight delayed. When I got back to pick up the car 2 hours later, I was not charged for the delay. I was highly surprised and appreciated.
It was so quick to the airport and the van picked me up very fast! And then didn’t drive around to fill up all the seats. It really helped for it to be such a short time from parking to arriving at the airport. Will definitely use Fly and I’ve already recommenced it to friends. Oh, and the car wash! A very nice perk!

You have wonderful and helpful drivers. They are great at loading and unloading our luggage. And after a return trip home, it is nice to have someone load the bags into the car! They always greet you with a smile on their face! The employees at the entrance are also very kind and attentive. Also love the complementary bottle(s) of water when checking out. Price is reasonable and I love earning points towards free days.

Reserving a spot to park online is SO EASY! Even we 70+ year olds were confident about the process from start to finish. Plus the shuttle pickup for departure and delivery when we arrive back home is easy! The little bit of time we waited for shuttle pickup helped us decompress a bit before entering the airport and leaving for home. The shuttle driver is AWESOME too! We will always use The Parking Spot!
