The shuttle drivers have always been very friendly and helpful, assisting with heavy luggage and in cold temperatures. This has made for an easy commute and is appreciated!

We use the Parking Spot every time we fly. It is so convenient to park your car (under cover is great) and get the shuttle to the Airport, and back to your car on your return. It certainly takes the stress out of parking, and worrying about your car sitting in the airport parking lot while you are gone. Every driver we have had has been polite, friendly, and handles our suitcases well. Our wait times are usually short as well, getting dropped off and picked back up. We highly recommend this service.

Quick pick up. Close to airport

I have been parking at parking spot 1 since it opened in STL, to my surprise I went to park on my last visit and it said my reservation was for covered and not premium and to proceed to the proper entrance, which I have no idea where that is.. did something change that customer need to be aware off? I went in the same interest I have gone in for years..

I love that I can go online make reservations and pay. But you could make it easier to adjust the time if necessary after I made my reservations a few days later, I looked at them and saw that it clicked on 6 AM and I wanted 6 PM. I know I just paid the difference at the end, but I worried about it all weekend.

Everything, we have used your services for years and have never been disappointed with the customer service or the ease of making a reservation, to checking in and out, the pick up and drop off all excellent.
