My first experience parking here for LAX. I would highly recommend. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. They offer free water for guests, which is great after a long day of travel. Busses are easy to spot and there are plenty of them.

Great rates for parking if one books in advance and pre-pays. Shuttle buses are spacious ad run frequently. Drivers are courteous. They have a good system of tagging parking spaces so that one does not forget the space. Good customer service as well to resolve a small billing issue which was promptly adressed by the Parkig Spot.

The roundabout construction is going to be helpful in the future but in the meantime signage needs to be setup to prevent avoidable accidents -
Parking Spot said they wanted to do that but were overruled - in the meantime somebody is going to be needlessly injured & a lawsuit will certainly follow!
