We drove in, were directed where to park and even before we parked, the bus was there to take us to the airport. When we left to go to the MSP airport, the driver took us directly to the drop off doors so we didn't have to take the tram. He was very friendly and courteous. We had an excellent experience when we came back from our vacation. We would highly recommend this parking spot and will definitely use them again.
