Ease of dropping off car and picking up car. Friendly staff. Very convenient location.
Reservation worked perfectly. Shuttle to airport arrived quickly and, more importantly, wasn't crowded so we got to our terminal easily. Driver helped with the bags. On the way back we waited maybe 10 minutes, and the driver did not help us load our bags. Exiting while paying was easy. On the whole, we were very happy with The Parking Spot. Which is why we use it a lot.
Prices for "members" are good but am not thrilled that they've gone up even though I understand. And I'm not crazy about your two-tier plan now.

I know our car is safe when parked in your lots. this time, we were gone for 10 days and when we returned to our car, the battery was dead. we were able to go to the office and get a jump box and that was a lifesaver at 1am!

Dropping off car at valet service is easy, quick and seamless. Checking in is quick and the shuttle to your airline is fast. Return is just as impressive. Hit find my shuttle, and they arrive. If bus full another arrives in minutes. Car is waiting for us to load our baggage and depart due to your easy chcekout process. The drivers are awesome and help load and unload your luggage. Your app is easy to use for booking
