At times it seems I do have to wait for the return shuttle for a longer period of time that I would like, but the garage is good access and the staff is genuine, kind and ready to assist.

I like the ease of reserving the parking spot I want, interacting with the employees and drivers, ease of exit/checking out. Parking spots are sized nicely and covered parking is awesome. The frequent parking plan is very favorable

Very convenient location at BWI, and in talking to other passengers the South location is just as good.
Very prompt service and their staff was just very helpful and friendly, even when we were traveling with a group and LOTS of luggage. For those who are new to the service, you get picked up and dropped off right by your vehicle within minutes. Can't get any better than this.
Pro tip: make sure you have your QR code and the returning parking-card ready and the whole process is truly a breeze. Very pleased customer and will return again.

On my recent experience the power in the parking lot area was out so I was unable to scan my QR code to check in but a parking attendant had me write my name and confirmation number on a tablet so when we returned the check out process was fine.

The driver's always seem polite and courtesy and drive with caution to/from the airport.

Easy and easy out. It looks as though I received a discount for planning ahead and reserving a spot. I appreciate that. I need help checking out and the lady came and helped me which was very good. Thank you for the water on the way out when I park at the airport, I will choose your parking spot. Next time we leave we’re out of town.
