The service was good, I had the premium covered. it was my understanding that after picking the the premium guest, the shuttle would go directly to the airport. That was not my experience. We spent another 15-20 minutes picking up others before heading to the airport.

Everyone is so friendly. Very nice to not worry about your vehicle when on a trip from weather related events such as hail bc it's covered. the drivers and other staff members are super nice and helpful. Love being picked up and dropped off at my car. Much safer

Consistent service; there is almost always a shuttle waiting in the parking lot.
The woman driver of the shuttle on 5-15-26, around 10:45pm was exceptional. She went above and beyond on jumping in to lift everyone’s luggage, had a refreshingly positive personality and waited for me to start my car since I was worried my battery might have died from my car sitting so long in the parking lot.
