as an older adult, these things are very nice and special. Something that happened on an earlier trip not this one. I forgot to take my keys out of my suitcase, and my driver held my suitcase up to the door to open it. That’s service.

I left a bag on bus and your team had it back to me w/i 15 min. Disaster avoided.
On return, pickup again was perfect and after locating my vehicle the driver knocked all the snow (4 inch) off my car. This was especially appreciated since I have not yet put a snow brush in my car. Exiting was fast and easy and we were on our way.

Staff is very helpful. Clean parking lot. You can pay a small amount to reserve a spot in case you have to cancel your trip. Pay the balance when leaving the lot.

No waiting
Have already recommended to several friends. One issue is frequency of shuttles. Not sure if you use your system to predict when heavy traffic for your sites trigger more shuttles or not but we had to wait 20 minutes even after i initiated the APP and let them know i wanted to be picked up. The other issue is some drivers are incredibly good drivers, friendly, and helpful with bags. Others just sit in the chair and don't move or heal and toe the driving (not pleasant in a shuttle). Lastly, your shuttles need some TLC. Worn down and dirty.
