Very efficient!

I found the service to be very easy using the AP from online booking, entering, being picked up and dropped off at my car. The price was competitive and the staff were very friendly. I appreciated the shuttle driver waiting at my car in the evening until I was safely in my car.

Great location and service overall. I only wish the frequency TO the airport was more frequent at all times - I was there at 12:30PM and there seemed to be just one or two vans roaming. I maybe missed it by seconds because the next one took 20 min to arrive back and another 5-7 min to depart.

Check in and check out was very easy. Drivers were friendly and we never had to wait very long to be picked up.

Tammy welcomed me at the gate upon my entrance on September 2 at about 12:30p. She set the tone of an engaging, friendly, and stress free parking process. For the few minutes we interacted I felt so blessed to have met her. She spoke clearly and accurately in her instructions for where to park. I did not share with her my hearing impairment, as I often need to in these situations. I’m certain she does her best to assist each traveler in this manner!
My next interaction was with a girl with long beautiful braids and she complimented me on my hair before I could say the same to her. Again, the genuine engagement is so very welcome!

Drivers are great, helping with loading and unloading luggage. Shuttle buses run on a regular basis. Location is close proximity to the airport.

What don't I like about Spot. The parking spot numbers on the ground are almost nonexistent, and you have to guess your parking spot number. Please repaint the numbers.

Quick and efficient.

My family has begun using the Parking Spot as opposed to onsite parking at the airport. We have been traveling in and out of DFW ever since the airport opened. The Parking Spot has proven to be a reliable, affordable, alternative to onsite parking at DFW Airport. We are retired now and the convenience of covered parking very close to the airport at an affordable price has really won us over! We would highly recommend using The Parking Spot for your traveling needs in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You won't be disappointed!!

Always great...except a couple of times when coming home around 11pm or midnight, had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for the car to be brought up.
Not happy when all you want to do is get home!
Happened maybe 2 times out of the last 5 times I used the service.
