Reserving a parking spot through the website or app is easy and convenient. I never have to wait long for a shuttle to come pick me up. The drivers always help me with my luggage and are very friendly.

Overall great experience! Parking was cheap and with a free shuttle, you can’t beat it anywhere else! Whether you’re a first-time flyer & have no idea what to do, or a frequent flyer like myself, I definitely suggest Parking Spot before parking at the airport.

Very convenient and really not that much more than airport parking. Staff has always been very helpful and pleasant- which is great because I always travel with way too much stuff!
On my last trip I had misplaced my ticket and just knew my row number and the driver knew right where I had parked (in fairness, I do have a yellow truck). I love using your service and will continue to do so when I fly.

Very close to the airport and really easy to "spot" (pun intended) the shuttles.

I like that your people are friendly, the location drop off is safe, the pick ups are fast and convenient. The only thing is that when we tried to leave, we had a hard time leaving the parking lot - we went to the check out station and were told that we did not pay for the "covered lot" and the girl sent us back - then we were driving around and around, trying to figure out of there was another exit. Eventually, we returned to the same check out station, but the whole thing was very confusing.

I love being picked up and dropped off at my car.

We, however, had our first disappointing experience on Sept 13 at DIA. We waited well over an hour for a shuttle. I figured you paid attention to the numbers arriving (since you ask that when we made the reservation) and adjusted the number of buses accordingly.
