Easy to use. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. We arrived very early in the morning into Philly recently with all the government shut downs and were unsure if there would be any one to pick us up - wrong. They were right there at 230 in the morning. I've used this service a half dozen times, it has always been a good experience.

associates were very thoughtful. When I parked, it was raining and they were quick to show me where to stand to wait for the shuttle that was covered.
When I got back into town, the driver was so kind to wait patiently for me since my plane was a slightly delayed. I also love that I got a complementary water on the way out of the parking lot.
Using The PS2 is convenient and really easy. I always take advantage of the discount for paying in advance and my bonus (free) days. Transport to and from the airport is quick and the busses are clean. The drivers are pleasant and very helpful with our bags and attentive to our need for help boarding and stepping down. This is a good group of people.

Drivers are always friendly, normally very little wait time for a shuttle, covered parking (especially in winter months), free water at checkout since I'm always so thirsty from traveling all day.
