The parking service is always great. I don't think I'll do or recommend the detail service to anyone though, there were spots that were not vacuumed or cleaned on the surface level.

That you pick up directly at the car and drive to the car. I also love the wait time for the shuttles, it’s much quicker than the economy shuttles

i LOVE the PARKING SPOT its easy shuttle service is always there, great drivers always courteous and helpful and they maneuver into airport with ease. Its very convenient especially the Sepulveda Branch. I will always park my car there going to airport.

Prompt and courteous service both to the terminal and especially the return. The driver on the return trip was about ready to leave saw me waving and he waited for me. One seat left and he could have gone ahead and left but he didn't. I truly appreciate it cuz I wanted to get out of Kansas City and home to Topeka ahead of the storms.

The parking lot was safe and secure. I love that the bus picks you up and drops you off right at your car. Staff was all very friendly.

I love that you can do everything online before you get there so you just check in with your barcode & park, you do not have to wait for anyone. Also, the shuttle is very quick, usually only takes a minute or so & they are so friendly & helpful.Even if your flight is delayed, it's easy to catch the shuttle back right to your car! Also love, the spot club where you can get points & rewards!
