Guest Testimonials
the assistance of employees the minute we got there and when we returned. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.
Everything is so easy.
easy to use
1.Easy to get on and off.
2.Driver insisted on carrying our luggage onboard which was a nice service with a grandchild.
3. Door to door service was nice with covered parking.
I have been using airport shuttle services for close to 40 years. The Parking Spot takes a simple premise and makes it better. PIT has covered parking (great for winter!), easy reservations, great drivers! I won't use any other airport shuttle service! Thank you!
Everything
It was simple and everything was handled well
Absolutely no issues. The drivers were so helpful. We came in a day where they were full but i did have a reservation. One of the drivers was nice to take me to a few spot options left which made things so easy.
I love the prompt pickup at the airport and being delivered to our car at the end of the trip.
Also, at the beginning they were very prompt picking us up at our car.

Love this place
We feel confident leaving our vehicle with you. You're always prompt to take us to the airport and picking us up when we return.
Easy to schedule, happy to take advantage of free days, fast drop/pickup at airport, friendly and helpful driver...couldn't ask for more!
Convince
Fast transport to and from airport, easy in and out at the facility
The convenience, the covered parking and the shuttle service
Convenient
Friendly and efficient. Shuttle was waiting when we got back to Denver....
location
Quick and convenient not to deal
With parking in airport garage.
convenient
Prompt service to and from the spot to the terminal. But more importantly, I discovered I had not retrieved my keys from the TSA checkpoint in Miami, so I had to call my son to bring my spare key to me. The staff allowed me to wait in the air conditioned office, and since I have a bad back, let my son drive me to my car and back out without charging him.

Being picked up by my car and not having to wait a long time
