As a University of Colorado employee, this is a great deal. The shuttles are always standing by to bring people from the lot to the airport and the staff are always very helpful. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that has adequate staffing, and it seems the employees really 'buy in' to the company's project and are happy. The app always just works, applies all my discounts automatically and consistently, and makes it easy to tip shuttle drivers. I really can't say enough good things about Parking Spot West!

It's easy to reserve the reservation, and the shuttles gets us to the airport on time for our flights.

The valet option
Very little time waiting. The shuttle picked me up as soon as I parked my car. On my return trip, I only waited about 10 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to pick me up. The shuttle took me right to my car.
