There was a major problem!!!!!!, I was in Los Cabos Mexico with my wife. My Wife had a Medical situation that required very close personal attention, She fell hit her head, was in the hospital for two days, and released but still very dizzy. (Veritgo). We left Cabo on Sunday 1/11/26, I tried and was some what successful making arrangements to limit the movement my wife had to make at the airport in Medico, on the plane, and at the airport in Atlanta.
From Mexico I called Spot Plus, spoke with Sandra, explained the situation and she was so helpful and said to call here when we arrived at the International Terminal and they would pick up at the International Terminal. Again Sandra very HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL.
PROBLEM: When we arrived at Atlanta International, I called Sandra and told her we were there and she said they would send a van to pick us up. I saw a Spot 1 truck outside and she said to see the Driver. I went to the Driver and she was NASTY, and would not take us to the Spot Plus Termitnal and was actually screaming at me and would not talk to Sandra or her Dispatcher to help us., Sandra heard most of the negative responses from the Driver and confirm what I am explaining. The Driver left with an empty Van.
Thanks to Sandra they sent a second Van to pick us up and take us to the terminal, Sandra had our truck warmed up and ready for us to go,. Again she is one asset to your company

Great parking location and easy to park. Shuttles were great and to get to Airport is like 5 mins. Highly Recommend it to all. These guys are awesome. Made our trip very easy.

I like the premium indoor parking. I do think that there should be clearer signage concerning exiting premium parking. A customer is paying a premium rate and should not get lost while trying to exit the lot.
We really like parking our car there and the great shuttle service but the last two times,
We’ve experienced a back-up of people trying to pay with a credit card at the gate to leave. Those people have trouble scanning their cards and need assistance and it’s creating a back-up of cars that then need a person to direct traffic. It would be great to have a lane for people who have prepaid and all we have to do is scan our barcode and leave. No credit card swiping is needed. It sure would help.
