I like the friendliness of the staff and willingness to assist with my luggage. There does need to be improvement with pick up from the parking lot in a timely manner.
Fast and efficient every time we use this service. The shuttle drivers are helpful and friendly. Always insure to help us load and unload our bags, and make sure to provide us with our car parking location as soon as we board the shuttle. There is always plenty of parking spaces, and the shuttles are always there to pick us up at our car, and when we arrive from our flights, we never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this service. Also, their rewards program gives us a discounted parking price, as well as, offer us a discount with our AAA club membership too!

I like that the lot is conveniently located so it is easy to get to. With all the construction at DFW, it's helpful to be picked up and taken to the appropriate gate area without having to deal with that. I also appreciate the lower cost of parking and the AAA discount. We only have to allow about 30 minutes longer in our planning to get to our gate on time.
