Easy to use. Always has an opening. I came back to a dead batter last time (two weeks ago) and the attendant was able to help me out with a jump.

Drivers are friendly, helpful, and as fast as they can be while being safe.

They were very quick picking me up at my car and loading my bag. Upon returning, at the airport, I didn't have to wait very long for the shuttle to arrive. They dropped me right at my car and even loaded my bag into the trunk of my car. Excellent service. And, they gave me a discount for long term parking! Will definitely be using them again.

Prompt - traveler oriented. For instance, they will transport you alone if there are not other travelers arriving. Dedicated to a streamlined in/out. Keep up the physical plant to be operational and uses personnel to adapt when systems are down (usually weather related).

The only issue I have been having is the number of shuttles that are rotating for the Sepulveda address. Not only is the wait much longer than usual but many times when they do come through, they are already full. It would be great if there were more shuttles on the schedule.

People are excellent - never have to wait more then a minute or two for a shuttle - can’t say enough good things about your staff!

This last experience was terrible. The QR code on the phone did not work. The paper generated QR code from the booth employee did not work. I was rushing and this just made things worse. I had to quickly followed a car into the uncovered parking area to make my flight. When I tried to exit I had to call the front for someone to come a let me out so that I could leave uncovered parking to pay at the front. Each time I scanned the QR code, the screen would just display go back. This was when attempting to go in and out of the gate. The phone on the screen would not connect. Quite frustrating.

Easy park and quick pick up. Drivers are very helpful to assist with luggage.
Specially the driver during my last park when we arrived at IAH on May 16. He went out of his way to help us even put my luggage in my car. It is unfortunate that I didnt get his name.

So dependable. I can count on getting picked up with little or no wait time. I get dropped off at my car, and the driver helps put my luggage in the car.

Always quick to pick me up or deliver me to the airport. My bags are put on the van and they hand me my coffee travel mug from my car. So thoughtful!! As a flight attendant it’s the little things that make our day start nicely, the parking spot is a wonderful beginning.

Convenient and well priced

The Parking Spot is very convenient. I started parking at this facility because I often fly United. However, lately, it is very common to fly out of Terminal C and land at Terminal A (or vice versa). So it is easier and more convenient to park at the Parking Spot than at the Terminal C garage, which means getting there from Terminal A, which can be a nightmare.

I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is nice, uncovered valet parking is great, and I always have a coupon/promo code to use when booking.
