Cold water on my way out from the parking spot, OMG, you are so thoughtfull and genius business man. It was 108F according to my vehicle thermometer. I saw complementary bottle water on my way out at the parking lot.

My 1st time using this service very convenient the only issue was that It was unclear upon my return that the shuttle does not pick up from the arrival you need to go to the departures

The shuttles have been more prompt, and the parking areas have been more clean since this winter past. The shuttle drivers are very friendly and the shocks seem to be fixed in the buses. I see a lot of improvements, and I am pleased.

Van arrived at the terminal promptly..car was waiting and ready when we arrived at the parking facility. Staff was professional and kind.

When I arrived back in Philadelphia I had the most wonderful gentleman driving the shuttle back to my car. He got there shortly after I walked out of baggage claim to wait at the zone for shuttle pick up. It was after 11 pm on a Sunday night so I was so glad to see him. He helped me with my bags which is greatly appreciated by this senior. We chatted on the way back to my car in the South lot and he waited there while I got my car started which was very appreciated as it was late. This driver was so polite, personable and helpful. I wish I had his name as I give him an excellent plus rating. I only know he drove the South Lot bus on Sunday, 8/23, late shift to early AM. Excellent representative of the company and I will use this service again.
