Guest Testimonials
Convenient, reasonably priced, drivers are great. I wish you dropped off at the doors instead of at the island. With a handicapped wife and lots of bags, the island drop off can be difficult.
Convenient, the shuttles run frequently and they’re very clean, the location is very well lit and monitored and the staff and drivers are all very helpful and polite. We’ve been using it regularly for many years.
Easy in and out.

The price, the convenience and the covered parking shuttle drivers are great. I’ve used this many times.
Convenient: easy to navigate
Super easy process from start to finish!
The shuttle bus drivers are polite and help with the luggage.
Customer service
I like everything.
That said, the facility could use with more cleaning in general. The drivers are great but sometimes their schtick is a bit much. Repeating it once is enough.
Have been a customer of The Parking Spot since it opened. Will continue to be.
Thanks.
Easy to find.
Prompt shuttle service.
Exit pay station needs improved. Instructions say to swipe guard, but it only accepts cards that are inserted.
The prices, the friendliness of the drivers and convenience to the airport
Easy to get to airport
It's always easy in, easy out. The majority of times the pickup is quick once you park your car. The costs are definitely cheaper than the PHX garages/lots.
Prices are good; buses are always waiting for you to park and load bags; buses at airport rarely take long to arrive.
Reliable pick up and drop offs
The ease and efficiency of booking and paying for a spot and getting in and out using the QR codes. The drivers are friendly and helpful.
