swift shutles on time and easy to navigate lot
Convenience
I've never been late for a flight
The ease of parking and how nice it everyone is.
service was easy - online reservations super easy and cheaper
i called when my flight was taxing to the gate - by the time i got to the parking lot, my truck was front and center waiting for my and my family. Having used the valtet service, all i had to do was show my email, leave my keys and off I went.
The shuttles run all the time - i only waiting 2 minutes for the 1st one to arrive. Due to only 2 seats being available i had to wait 2 more minutes for the 2nd shuttle. However, the driver had already radio the 2nd shuttle to make sure they picked us up. Because of traffic i didn't noticed the shuttle until one of my kids did. The driver did park and waited for us - AMAZING service.
super easy - thank you!
PS: the team was amazing, friendly and helpful!

Everything was perfect from the minute we left out vehicle till 2 weeks later when we picked it up. Fast and friendly service. We will do this again when we travel.
Great customer service at the lot and in the vans.
I like when the driver helps with my luggage in and out of the shuttle. 99% of them do that, but last week he wasn’t as helpful.
