Your prices are very good. The service is great. When I pull up I am greeted by a friendly face. I don't have to wait long for a bus to pick me up from my car, or to return me back from the airport. The drivers all seem pretty friendly. Overall, it is a good price for friendly and dependable service. I will continue to use your services. - First name removed (Fairfield, CA)
Very fast transport to airport. Easy in and out. Friendly staff very helpful.
This was my first time using any parking facility near LAX, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I found the experience very good. Everything was easy, from booking online, entering the facility, the shuttle service, to leaving. The shuttle service was quick. The garage was clean. I don't usually fly out of LAX, but using The Parking Spot made getting in and out of LAX less stressful.
I like your shuttle service

Drivers were great, efficient and kind. On the way back, it was Rebel I think, and on the way there, I think Patrick? Wonderful experience thank you.
friendly, helpful staff
Very courteous drivers, more exit signs may be useful. Last time we had some broken glass pieces, not cleared even after we returned.

I love the paved, clean parking lot and that the shuttle picks you up and drops you right at your car. All the employees I have come across are all very nice (even the shuttle drivers at 4:30 in the morning)!
Courteous and easy to do
So convenient!!! The shuttles are looping all the time. Never had to wait more than 3 min
