I like the curb to car pickup. We don't have to wait very long usually. The covered parking is convenient. This takes some of the stress from traveling away.
They are always there when you need them - no waiting for a ride. Most drivers are very polite and helpful. When our flight was cancelled twice, we were parked days longer than our reservation. I emailed and they got back to me right away and assured my we would be fine. They also gave us our original daily cost! Highly recommend!!!

Understand with the airport being busy, it doesn't seem like the shuttle for Parking Spot 2 comes as frequently as it could but that may just be a timing because baggage claim seems to be slowing from Terminal 2 (Southwest)
Overall the service is good and as long as you make a reservation, space availability is acceptable.
