Guest Testimonials

Convenient, we don’t have to get one of our kids pick us up. This is about our 6th time using it

Easy booking process online. The staff, including the gate attendance and the drivers are always pleasant and very accommodating. I’ve never had any issues with this location, so it’s my “go to” every time I fly out of Sky Harbor.

Most all of the employees are very professional and courteous.

Shuttle service is efficient. Cost is more reasonable.

Someone is always there to pick us up when we arrive at the parking lot.

Convenient. Friendly staff. Only wish they had more exit gates. Sometimes it’s really congested.

Quick and easy to park and ride

Didn't have to wait too long for a shuttle back to my car.

Conveniently located. Shuttles pickup frequently. Drivers take you to your car. What could be better.

Prompt, courteous, reasonable cost, quick access to airport drop area, and consistent shuttle pickup for no waiting.

I like the fact my car is secure while I am gone. I also like the fact that your bus people help you getting your luggage into your car.

So many buses! You never have to wait more than a few moments to be picked up, either at their location or at the airport. And you're dropped off right back where you parked.

Absolutely tremendous . Thank you

The staff and drivers are wonderful. The closeness to the airport.
The price is very good. Be able to park the car for a week, hop on the shuttle, be greeted by a great driver who helps with luggage, and being taken to the airport is such a nice way of starting our vacation. Thank you to everyone who is part of The Parking Spot.
