Guest Testimonials

Good AAA discount and specials for parking, plus ability to use days “earned” for parking. Also never hurts to have free water at the exit for our long drive (75 minutes) home from airport. We love the parking spot

Like always excellent service

I had a bit of a rough checkout experience and Management responded quickly and decisively to that experience. Problems occur everywhere, but the response matters a ton, and they did good.

Affordable easy to access

Convenient, reasonable and close to the airport

Quick and professional.

Professional and friendly, patient and prompt.

Easy to get to. Van is always there to pick me up both ways. The drivers are great! Even load the bags.

One problem I had
Last time I parked. My reservation said it would be around 70.00 dollars. It was 93.00 even with my discount,

Convenience and friendly service.

Dependable, prices are fair.

No driving around to find a parking spot. Quick pickup and delivery at both ends.

Great experience with The Parking Spot! The service was fast and reliable, and our driver was very diligent, friendly, and extremely helpful with our luggage. Everything was smooth and convenient from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Quick and efficient service from entering the gate with representative there to assist, to the shuttle to and from the airport. Cars are secure because QR code on your phone has to scanned in and out of the lot.

Always prompt and always curious

Reasonable time pick ups and drop offs

I have always found the Parking Spot (1) to be very convenient and competitively priced. When I travel out of town, I never hesitate to use them.

Easy to book the reservation. Easy to park. Easy to catch the shuttle.

There is always enough space for parking and it is hassle free.

Connivence

Great Service and Makes the Travel days so easy!

I like that you have a van to take me to the airport and I feel my car is safe while parked there.

The van was in the lot and ready to go when we were departing. That was great!

Super easy to book. The shuttle was there as soon as I arrived at the lot to take me to the airport and was at the airport within minutes to pick me up upon my return. I was nervous because this is my first time using this service and I was more than happy and will definitely use it again for future trips.

Drivers were extremely friendly and helpful, even at early hours.

Reliable and the drivers always help with the luggage and are extremely polite and friendly.

Our experience was above and beyond. Drop off went great, was easy and instructions were perfect. But the drop off was even better. When the driver dropped our party at our vehicle we found that the battery was dead and our vehicle would not start. We informed the driver and he was back within minutes with a jump pack to assist in starting our vehicle. Did not have to call AAA and the driver was so nice and helpful. That says a lot! Very grateful. That alone gives The Parking Spot a 10+!

Least expensive around the airport, plus the ability to earn free days.
