I like that the van is usually right there to pick you up. I made a mistake two times ago when I parked in the attendant was very good about adjusting for me.
My recent time I had changed credit cards on file so it took a little bit longer, but we got it straight.

The construction around the airport made arrival difficult. I pulled over and checked my email again and noticed that it suggested using a different app due to the construction. My fault for not reading that closer before heading out. Once we finally found the entrance everything went smooth and fast. It was chilly so it was nice having the driver come straight to our car for pick up and dropping us off at our car at the end of our trip. I liked having the QR code for the driver tip posted as that made it easy to tip our drivers. The only complaint I have is that upon leaving it asked for any discount codes, which i knew I had when I chose to use this parking facility. However I couldn't easily locate it and with cars behind me I just decided to forgo the discount. I would of thought that would of been carried over when I made the online reservation vs having to enter it again upon leaving. That may deter me from using the Parking Spot again as when I'm going to travel the last thing I want to have to remember is one more thing to get the discounted parking rate.

Every time I use Parking Spot, there is a shuttle immediately available in the lot, and at most, a very short wait at the airport. I came home after the blizzard last month and assumed that I would have to dig out my car if it could be found. I was shocked to find the lot cleared PLUS all the cars. I only had to clear the bit of snow left from my vehicle.

I can't recommend enough. I always park in the lot and have never had a bit of trouble.
